  • We enter our email manager and add the account, starting a configuration process where we will have to fill in the following information:
    • User: you must enter the address of your Euskaltel email account.
    • Incoming mail server: pop.cloud.euskalnet.net, port 995, select «SSL«.
    • Outgoing mail server: smtp.cloud.euskalnet.net, port 587, select encryption «startTLS«.
  • We accept and we will have already added our email to the manager.

  • We enter Settings, and then Personal/Accounts.
  • We click on "Add Account".
  • Click on “Exchange".
  • Enter your Euskaltel mail email address.
  • Click on "Set manually".
  • In the settings section we must enter the following data:
    • Password: password for your email.
    • Domain: Re-enter the email address.
    • employee: mov.cloud.euskalnet.net
    • Port: 443
    • Security type: SSL/TLS
  • We click on "Next” and we allow access to contacts and calendar.

  • We enter Settings/Mail and click on “Accounts".
  • We click again on “Add Account".
  • Here we select Microsoft Exchange.
  • A section will appear where we can enter the Euskaltel mail email address and a section where we can add a description that allows us to identify the account.
  • We click on "Next", and in the new window we click on "Set manually".
  • Now we are going to enter the connection data, which are the following:
    • E-mail: Enter the address of your Euskaltel mail email account.
    • employee: mov.cloud.euskalnet.net
    • Domain: This space does not need to be filled in.
    • User: The username must be your Euskaltel mail email account.
    • Password: here we write the password to access our email account.
  • Click on "Next” and in the window that appears we are going to give the permissions that we consider necessary. It is best to activate all the options, since this way it will be synchronized and you will have access to all the functions of your Euskaltel email.
  • We click “Save” and we will be finished.
