Just as sleep is given importance, food is a key factor throughout this process, especially if children are the most affected. You will have to modify the hours and adapt the meal time to this new time change that is occurring at the moment.

Never, under any circumstances, self-medicate with tranquilizers or sleeping medications. Remember that this is a temporary situation no matter how bad you look. On the other hand, you should avoid all substances that may be exciting to the nervous system, such as drugs, alcohol or a mixture of them.

It is important that you take care of your hydration, since with this you can avoid getting headaches or strange sensations that could alter your senses. In addition, It is crucial that you sunbathe daily, even if you are in an area where there is not much sun in winter, take advantage of the faint rays.

Try to exercise daily. Do not neglect it, nor do it at the last minute, as it will help you greatly. Likewise, take care of your diet by avoiding large meals very late at night to avoid indigestion.
